I support parents of children and teens who experience:

  • behavioral challenges (opposition, meltdowns, shutdowns…),

  • emotional struggles (dysregulation, demotivation, ongoing stress, difficulties adjusting to change…),

  • social issues (conflicts with peers, isolation, bullying…),

  • mental health concerns (anxiety, depression, eating disorders…),

  • neurodevelopmental differences (ADHD, autism…),
    or other specific needs.

I believe parents are not the problem, but an essential part of the solution. My role is to guide you to:

  • understand your child’s or teen’s behaviors and emotions in the light of child development, parenting styles, and the many ways challenges can show up;

  • navigate care (who to see for a diagnosis or follow-up, what a diagnosis means, and how it may affect your family);

  • access resources and tools tailored to your family, and receive clear, practical information (psychoeducation);

  • (re)discover your strengths, adjust responses, and adapt your environment when needed.

My support is never pathologizing or deficit-based. Instead, it’s about recognizing both difficulties and risk factors while strengthening protective factors—everything that fosters positive change.

  • Because when we better understand what’s going on—why a behavior or emotion makes sense in context—we are in a position to make changes that are effective, realistic, and sustainable.

  • Because some things can’t be improvised, even by the most devoted parents: my role is to provide the knowledge and tools you need.

  • Because these situations can bring feelings of isolation, judgment, shame, or guilt: I help you move through these emotions and find energy, strength, inspiration, hope, and courage.

We begin by exploring and making sense of the concerns you are facing. You will gain a new lens for understanding your child’s behaviors and emotions—an informed and compassionate perspective.

From there, we move to concrete solutions. Together we co-create an action plan: a personalized program combining support, education, and practical tools. I walk alongside you as a witness and partner to your goals, helping you stay aligned with your intentions, track progress, and make adjustments when needed.

My coaching is rooted in my background as a physician trained in child psychiatry in France, my years of research and continuous training, and my hands-on experience with families—as a hospital child psychiatrist, as Wellness Coordinator at the Lycée Français de San Francisco, and as a mother of three.

I integrate knowledge, skills, and lived wisdom—along with many tested (and parent-approved!) tips and strategies.

I keep my knowledge up to date and use approaches that have been tested, evaluated, and refined. My integrative, person-centered practice combines evidence-based, functional, and holistic perspectives. I am also certified in neuroaffirmative methods.

I don’t offer quick fixes or miracle methods. Instead, I provide a thoughtful, structured, and compassionate approach—so that you have practical strategies that truly work, and last.
